I am responsible for the full range of tasks necessary for the operation of the STEPS background. My goal is to create and nurture a balanced system of relationships between management and colleagues, representing the interests of both parties. I strive for precise work, thereby ensuring premium care for the patients who come to us. I provide assistance by responding immediately and proactively to the questions and needs that arise. I also represent the company’s creed with my personality, according to which our goal is to create an empathetic and supportive environment at the STEPS Clinic.
