Do you need a referral to start rehabilitation care?
Basically, it is not necessary to come to us with a doctor's referral for the first medical examination. Our Center can be visited by private initiative. We welcome inquiries from specialists and therapist colleagues regarding the care needs of their own patients. Continuous professional contact is important to us, thereby facilitating the smooth organization of patient journeys.
How much does the treatment cost?
Patients who come for a health check-up are examined by our doctor and physiotherapist colleague. If there are no health reasons, the robotic device will be tested. At the end of the meeting, we put together an individual therapy program. The fee for the examination is HUF 40,000.
Does my insurance cover the treatment?
We recommend that you check with your insurance company before your first consultation whether it covers the costs of your care. When using rehabilitation care, please bring documents on your insurance information with you.
What options do I have for financing the treatment?
In the context of health insurance, the insurance company must settle the invoice issued for the treatment. We draw your attention to the fact that if the insurance company refuses or only partially finances the costs of the treatment, it is your responsibility to pay the remaining bills.
We are in contact with several supporting foundations. By sending the documentation issued by us (condition assessment sheet and price quote) to the foundations, you can take advantage of the opportunity to apply.
We will issue you an invoice for each service. You can pay your bills in cash or by credit card.
How soon will the first meeting take place?
Our employees will try to contact you within a short time and organize the earliest possible appointment. Depending on the current load period, its duration may vary.
What happens at the first meeting?
When arranging the date of the first appointment, we ask for the patient's medical documentation, the purpose of which is to prepare him for the personal health assessment conducted by our doctor and physiotherapist colleague. If, based on the examination of our colleagues, there is no contra-indicated medical condition, the robotic device will be tested. At the end of the meeting, we put together a personalized therapy program. The first meeting is approximately one hour long.
Can a relative come with me?
Of course, a relative can come with you. Please have the patient come with a maximum of one companion. If your health condition justifies it and additional assistance is necessary for the transfers, two companions may come with you. During the therapy, the relatives are not allowed to stay in the therapeutic treatment rooms, in the meantime they are welcome to wait in the waiting room reserved for guests next to the reception.
Is the Center barrier-free?
The entrance to the Center faces Soroksári út. There are 3 parking spaces available for our patients right next to the entrance. The approach to the institution and all of the internal treatment rooms are accessible without barriers.
How can I park?

To do this, ask our colleague at the reception for a parking ticket. If you have a disabled parking card, please display it on the dashboard of the vehicle.
What are my obligations in the event of cancellation of therapy?
In case of cancellation, please indicate your request at least 48 hours before the start of the therapy. In case of cancellation indicated within 24 hours, we can only accept and cancel the current therapy session free of charge with a medical certificate. If the certificate is not available, the therapy fee for the given occasion will be charged.
